  • My fave is this. I improved my life after starting the habit.

  • You needn’t run a marathon or workout for hours. Small start. Taking a brief walk around the block, stretching in your living room, or dancing to your favorite music will help.
  • So, exercise regularly to evolve as a person. Remember this—your future self will thank you!

  • Buffett, one of the most successful investors ever, spends 80% of his day reading and thinking. Yes, he knows learning’s power.
  • Lifelong learning is essential in our ever-changing environment. It improves your thinking, adds flexibility, and updates you.

  • Simply listening to a podcast, reading an engaging article, or learning a new term might do it.

7) Accept defeat

  • You read correctly. Accept defeat. This is counterintuitive, right? Reality is that failing is part of life. We can grow faster if we accept it sooner.
  • Not fun to fail. Painful and exhausting, it can knock us out. It’s one of our greatest teachers. We can learn, change, and try again by seeing what’s not working.
  • Let’s embrace failure instead of avoiding it. Each failure is an opportunity to learn and grow.
  • Each successful person you respect failed at some point. But they kept going—and neither should you!

8) Sleepfirst

  • In addition to restoring your body, sleep helps your brain. It promotes mood, memory, and problem-solving. Additionally, it’s vital to physical wellbeing.
  • Be sure to sleep 7-9 hours every night. And remember, quality matters too.
  • For better sleep, create a peaceful nighttime routine, keep your bedroom dark and cold, and avoid electronics before bed.
  • Sleeping is one of the best things you can do for yourself over time. Well-rested people are more productive and happy.

9) BE attentive

  • I love this one. The swirl of thoughts, fears, and to-do lists may easily swallow us in our fast-paced existence. Here comes mindfulness.
  • Being present and nonjudgmental about your thoughts and feelings is mindfulness. For me, mindfulness changed everything.
  • I focus better, enjoy life more, and reduce stress.
  • Meditate, walk mindfully, or just focus on your breath for a few minutes each day to cultivate mindfulness.
  • Add awareness to your regular routine. Though difficult at first, it becomes second nature with practice. Rest assured, it’s worth it!

10) Refuse more

  • This is painful but necessary. Whatever it is—a new work assignment, helping a friend relocate, or attending a party—we tend to say yes.
  • Answering yes too often might cause burnout.
  • Setting limits and respecting your needs and limitations is how you say ‘no’ without being selfish.
  • I finally understood this, and my life became less hectic and more balanced.
  • Learn to say ‘no.’ Not easy, especially if you’re a people-pleaser. Remember, empty cups cannot be poured.
  • Telling people no frequently means telling yourself yes.
  • 10 new behaviors to improve as a person. Growth is a process, not a goal. Accept the process, be patient, and applaud your progress.
