A Zen yoga studio, on the other hand, is a truly relaxing place to be. At home, I’ve tried to make my yoga room like the one I love at the studio I go to. A relaxing yoga class can be done without having to drive or spend a lot of money.

- It’s important that your home yoga space feels like a safe place where you can escape the daily chaos of kids and dirty dishes.

- We have the same deep blue colour in our master bedroom, which is very relaxing.
