Chandan Roy Sanyal Age, Height, Wife, Family, & More :
After that, he pursued a degree in mathematics. In the past, he taught science and math tuition to cover his costs. He remarked in an interview that his early college years were confusing, difficult, and listless. In addition to teaching science and arithmetic to schoolchildren and earning a pitiful 800 rupees a month to cover my theater classes, tickets, and movies, I was also studying mathematics with honors.
I attended a workshop in Delhi with Habib Tanvir. He saw that I was eager and diligent, so he hired me for his company Naya Theatre. I performed for a year, traveling to small towns in a bus and earning 50 rupees per show plus 40 rupees per day as a per diem. I completed my graduation quickly and left for Bombay.
He revealed in an interview that his father had stopped speaking to him when he decided to give up on his education and pursue a career in acting. He stated, “My dad did not talk to me for a couple of years.” When my goal of getting into an IIT failed, I enrolled in acting classes taught by the late Habib Tanveer.
I felt like I had no one to go home to at one point, so it was a very trying time in my life. If you understand what I mean, it sounds really frightening to a person who is struggling to get up every day and battle it out in the harsh, enormous world of Bollywood.

When asked in an interview how he got the chance to appear in “Kaminey (2009),” he replied, “I tried out for Delhi Belly, but I didn’t get the part.” When the screenplay for Kaminey was being prepared, the casting director invited me to come in for a test since she had seen me before.
I therefore didn’t have a script when I tried out in front of Vishal sir; instead, I improvised for almost 20 minutes. After a while, I went back to Vishal Sir’s office for another audition and left for San Francisco to work on my play. I didn’t expect I would be cast in the role because a lot of well-known actors were up for it.
Twenty-two days later, I received a call from the casting director informing me that I had been chosen to portray Mikhail and that people were desperately trying to contact me. In reality, they used what I had improvised for the movie on my first audition.
