Anali and Clayton’s closet mom are getting along less. Things are quiet now.In Season 10, Episode 10, of 90 Day Fiance, this pair realizes their differences. Like their social lives.Anali fears this will be a dealbreaker. Maybe an opportunity before their wedding.
Clayton Clark and Anali Vallejos
Anali has felt homesick. Clayton shows her llamas. In Peru, she resided along the coast. Llamas are famed mountain dwellers. This makes her feel a few hours from home, not “home.” A nice gesture. It’s just part of his strategy.
Maybe we’re all in the wrong line of work
I admit it: this screenshot doesn’t improve our recap. Sometimes one photo must depict a 4-minute fight or a catastrophe. But this? This is easy. Sissy, the Llama Technician, stands next to a rooster painting. Sissy, thanks for your expertise.
Clayton and Anali also go out for Peruvian food
Anali says Clayton would eat burgers “every day” if he could. Being an adult with a job, he could probably do so. She says he has serious stomach troubles. Unfortunately, she says this in the same episode that Jasmine says similar things about Gino when he eats at the bowling alley.
Anali isn’t entirely having a good time just yet
She and Clayton are either not having sex or pretending not to. Some fans think she’s camera shy on this topic for cultural reasons. We’ve seen that on this show. She wants to do more, and Clayton spends a lot of time on his computer between work and play. Work is his job. While we never recommend missing daily quests or login prizes or ghosting pals, we hope he’s playing less video games since she came. Right?
Anali wants to meet Clayton’s friends
A big compatibility issue arises here. Clayton has online buddies. He lives in a one-bedroom apartment with his closet mom but has long-term acquaintances. Just online. Anali is shocked. Her “best friend” must be someone she knows in person, even though they met online. Clayton’s online buddies are normal because it’s hard to make new “irls” (local friends) as an adult. Anali prefers in-person contact. Perhaps because she doesn’t comprehend Clayton’s internet friendships, she thinks this is suspicious. Yes, it can! Sometimes it only implies an adult relocated out of their hometown.
Trouble is brewing
After hinting to Clayton’s parents and Anali’s hidden resentment, socializing issues reappear. Clayton has a social life. But it’s so different from how Anali socializes that she worries it may harm their relationship.
Anali has an idea
Clayton has known his best friend for half his life but never met him. That’s a big deal—some of my closest friends are online-only and likely always will be, but as someone who lives with my best friend whom I’ve known for more than half my life, that doesn’t sound ideal for Clayton. Anali suggests she and Clayton fly out to see his friend. They will meet. Clayton might ask him to be his best friend in person. (Tin foil hat time: Clayton and Anali may have planned this and set up the parts in earlier chats)
