EASY NO CHURN FUNFETTI ICE CREAM RECIPE
This summertime delight, Dreamy no churn funfetti ice cream, is sure to bring back fond memories. This dessert starts with a vanilla ice cream that only contains three ingredients, and then it is topped with rainbow sprinkles and smashed Golden Oreo cookies. The most wonderful thing is that it can be prepared in an only ten minutes!
During the summer, we enjoy going to our neighbourhood ice cream shop, but creating ice cream that does not require churning is a pleasant pastime for the whole family. Because I am a busy mother of three children, I rely on simple dishes that are able to satisfy everyone. As a simple and refreshing dessert, funfetti ice cream is one of our favourites, and we absolutely adore serving it at events alongside funfetti pound cake.
It would be a shame to pass up the opportunity to indulge in funfetti goodies like this funfetti snack cake, as well as these funfetti cookies and mini cupcakes. Not only do they evoke feelings of nostalgia, but each of these dishes is simple to prepare. First, however, let’s prepare some funfetti ice cream that doesn’t require any churning.
INGREDIENTS
- 396 g (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 480 g (2 cups) cold heavy cream
- 12–15 Golden Oreos, chopped
- 80 g (1/2 cup) rainbow sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS
- The vanilla extract and condensed milk should be combined in a big basin. Put aside for later.
- The heavy cream should be beaten on medium-high speed in a large basin using a handheld mixer or a stand mixer with the whisk attachment until stiff peaks form.
- Incorporate the whipped cream into the milk mixture in a gentle manner.
- Mix the sprinkles and Golden Oreos together in a gentle manner.
- Place the ice cream in a container that can be sealed and stored in the freezer. Freeze it for at least four hours, or until it is completely frozen.
