Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar Prepare for Custody Battle Over Nephew Tyler
Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar are bad people. They’re bad parents too.Their cruel cult nurtured their children and covered up their eldest son’s predation. All to defend their crazy lifestyle and perverted philosophy.Jim Bob and Michelle’s children weren’t the only ones raised there. Tyler Hutchins, their nephew, lived with them years ago.
His age is 15. This summer, he appeared to be moving in with his grandparents. As a judicial battle intensifies… and Josh Duggar’s attorney is involved.
Please be patient as certain things are yet unknown.Since Tyler was a child, Jim Bob and Michelle have been his legal guardians. That was 2016.
Carolyn, Michelle’s sister, is his grandmother. His mother, Rachel Hutchins, was on probation and unable to care for him.
Jim Bob and Michelle gave Tyler up guardianship this summer.
The grand-nephew is 15. It appears his grandparents Carolyn and John will take him in.However, for unknown reasons, it seems complicated. Carolyn and John Hutchins have hired a lawyer, according to the US Sun.
Court records state: “Comes now, Travis W. Story, Esq. Attorney at Law, and enters his appearance on behalf of John and Carol Hutchins in the above-captioned case.”Jim Bob and Michelle are represented by Robert A. Ballinger and Katie L. Freeman.
Robert represented Carolyn and John. Travis was the lawyer for disgraced Josh Duggar in his child sex-abuse material (CSAM) lawsuit. Josh belongs in prison.
Jim Bob and Michelle gave Tyler up in June, according to a court document.
“We specifically consent to the appointment of his grandparents, John Martin Hutchins and Carolyn Jeanette Hutchins, as general guardians of minor child Tyler Wayne Hutchins,” they stated in court filings.
The Duggars added, “And enter our appearance for any necessary purposes and proceedings in any court of contempt jurisdiction to be instituted for formal and legal guardianship of said child.”
Carolyn and John also indicated via court records in September that they are qualified to guard Tyler. However, his mother is not.The court document states that Rachel “does not object to this grant of guardianship.”
However, no judge has approved guardianship transfers. Why is unknown. All four adults appear ready to fight in court until Tyler changes hands. Is this a delay or does the court know something we don’t? We shudder to think of a worse place for teens than the Duggars. Hopefully not.
