EASY CINNAMON ROLL COFFEE CAKE: The Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake is the perfect combination of simplicity, sweetness, and awe-inspiring appearance. Although it requires only around five percent of the effort, it has all of the characteristics of a wonderful cinnamon roll. Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter , melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1-2 tablespoon water

Instructions

  • At a temperature of 350 degrees, preheat the oven.
  • Utilizing a whisk, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Milk, eggs, and vanilla extract should be combined in a separate basin. Followed by the addition of the melted butter, combine the wet and dry ingredients. After thoroughly combining, mix.
  • After spraying a rectangular cake pan measuring 9 by 13 inches with baking spray, ensure that the batter is distributed evenly throughout the pan.
  • A mixture of cinnamon and brown sugar should be combined and then spread out evenly across the cake. If you want to incorporate the sugar and cinnamon into the batter, you can use a knife or a fork.
  • Allow it cool entirely after baking for thirty minutes.
  • To achieve a consistency similar to that of pancake syrup, combine the powdered sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, and water.
  • After being poured over the cake, the glaze will become more solid and set.
