Ingredients

  • 1-pound ground beef
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • ground black pepper, ⅛ teaspoon
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup finely sliced onion
  • Two tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp cooking sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper
  • . Flatten 8 balls into patties.
  • Cook oil in a large skillet over medium.
  • Fry patties and onion for 4 minutes per side until golden.
