RED VELVET CAKE MIX COOKIES RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix cookies
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Powdered sugar for the topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bake at a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine all of the ingredients, with the exception of the powdered sugar, in a bowl. The batter will be thick.
- Create balls with the mixture, then roll them in the powdered sugar.
- Position on cookie sheets, giving approximately two inches of space between each cookie.
- Bake for eight to ten minutes, or until the edges of the cookies begin to brown very slightly.
