  • 1 (9″) graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • zest of two lemons

  • To achieve a smooth and creamy consistency, place the cream cheese in a mixing bowl and use an electric mixer to accomplish the blending process.
