White Chocolate Raspberry Energy Balls Recipe
Energy balls, often known as energy bites, are awesome. Every day, after lunch, I indulge in one of them as a low-calorie and nutritious sweet treat. Monster cookies, chocolate peanut butter, pumpkin, and almond pleasure are just a few of my faves among the many available options.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried raspberries
- 3 tablespoons white chocolate chips
Instructions
-
Almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract, if using, should be mixed together in a bowl of medium size as instructed. Using a spatula, stir the mixture until it is completely smooth.
-
Mix the oats, protein powder, and salt from the sea together until they are completely incorporated. The freeze-dried raspberries and white chocolate chips should be mixed in at this point.
-
Create balls out of the mixture, using approximately one tablespoon for each ball. It is also possible to use a cookie scoop in order to shape the balls.
-
Transfer to a jar that can seal tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
